Order Processing & Warehouses

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, such as major sales or holidays, please be aware that shipments may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Our Warehouse Network

To ensure efficient delivery worldwide, we operate warehouses in North America, Europe, and Asia. Your order will be shipped from the optimal warehouse based on your location and current stock availability. If an item is out of stock at your nearest warehouse, we will automatically dispatch it from the next closest location to avoid delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping:
    This is our default shipping method for most destinations. The typical delivery timeframe is 7-12 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S. Addresses Only):
    For a fee of $8.99, this option offers a faster delivery timeframe, typically within 3-5 business days. This service is available for customers in the United States and utilizes our North American warehouse for quicker dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping (Europe):
    Coming soon! We are working hard to provide faster shipping options for our European customers. Stay tuned for updates.

Please note that these are estimates, and the final delivery time and cost will be confirmed at checkout based on your specific address. Occasional delays due to carrier issues or customs processing are outside of our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours. You can also track your order status at any time by visiting our Order Tracking page.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Please note that we are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Volaea is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Damages & Shipping Protection

While we take great care in packaging your order, Volaea's liability for packages damaged or lost during shipping is limited once they are handed over to the carrier. If you received your order damaged, we recommend contacting the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

For added peace of mind, we have partnered with a third party to offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout. This service protects your package against damage, loss, and theft while in transit.
